Summit House

This mid-century remodel honors the home’s original architectural language while refining it with a warm, contemporary sensibility. Exposed beams and wood plank ceilings are preserved and highlighted, while expansive glazing strengthens the indoor–outdoor connection and floods the space with natural light.

Custom white oak millwork wraps the kitchen and built-ins in a cohesive plane, integrating storage seamlessly into the architecture. The result is restrained, material-driven, and quietly sophisticated — a thoughtful evolution rather than a reinvention.
