A thoughtful, transparent design process that guides each project from initial vision through final installation with clarity and intention.

Design Process

Designing a home is deeply personal. My role is to guide the process with clarity, intention, and thoughtful execution — so the result feels cohesive, elevated, and distinctly yours.

Discovery & Vision

Every project begins with listening.

We define your goals, priorities, lifestyle needs, aesthetic direction, timeline, and investment range. This phase may include a site visit, inspiration review, and preliminary space planning discussions.

Deliverables may include:

  • Overall concept direction

  • Mood and material boards

  • Initial layout studies

  • Project roadmap

This phase creates the foundation for everything that follows.

Concept Development

Here, ideas become defined.

We refine layouts, select materials, and shape the architectural and interior language of the space. Function and beauty are considered equally — every line, material, and proportion has intention.

Deliverables may include:

  • Detailed space planning

  • Kitchen and bath layouts

  • Finish palettes

  • Custom millwork concepts

  • Early lighting direction

This is where clarity replaces overwhelm.

Design Documentation

Precision matters.

I translate the vision into technical drawings and specifications that contractors and fabricators can build from. This ensures alignment between design intent and execution.

Deliverables may include:

  • CAD drawings

  • 3D renderings

  • Elevations and sections

  • Tile layouts

  • Millwork drawings

  • Fixture specifications

  • Permit-ready sets (if required)

Clear documentation protects your investment.

Procurement & Coordination

Unlike many designers, I do not mark up furnishings or materials and pass along all trade discounts directly to you.

I manage sourcing, ordering, tracking, and coordination so you don’t have to.

Services may include:

  • Vendor communication

  • Order tracking

  • Delivery coordination

  • Contractor collaboration

  • Site visits

This phase keeps momentum steady and decisions organized.

Installation & Completion

The final layer brings the space to life.

Furniture placement, styling, art direction, and final detailing are completed so the space feels finished — not just constructed.

The goal: a home that feels effortless, warm, and enduring.
